MY BACKSTORY
I worked in the Entertainment and Event Production industries in Southern California for more than 20 years prior to discovering a career in Sports. I grew up a performer and learned both the business of putting on a great show as well as what it takes to keep a crowd entertained, even if things are going exactly to plan! The moment I began my career in sports, it became clear that my previous experience was something I was able to capitalize upon and was priceless, helping me to create fan experiences both in person and via social media that had never been seen before!
I got my start in baseball during the 2018 season working part-time as the on-field emcee for the Lake Elsinore Storm. At the end of the season, I decided that I wanted to work full-time in baseball, so I attended the 2018 Winter Meetings in Las Vegas where I met and accepted a position with the Lynchburg Hillcats.
There, I undertook the duties of Director of Entertainment and Promotions, on-field emcee, as well as PA announcer, Mascot coordinator, and I was to oversee the Press Box during the 2020 season. I also conceptualized, directed and oversaw the production and editing of videos that would be posted on social media as well as those that would be played on the video board during games. I was also responsible for booking National Anthem singers, bands for theme nights and special events, overseeing Press Box operations, in-game activities, daily promotional events, ballpark decorations, the hiring and training of both video production staff and Promotions interns, as well as the coordination and execution of the team's community outreach, including the execution of their annual reading program.
Like many, my full-time position was affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, and though they offered me the opportunity to return on a part-time basis when baseball returned, my goal is to further my career in sports with a full-time position.
I moved to Texas at the end of 2021, and at the end of 2023, was fortunate to meet a member of the staff for the Arlington Renegades UFL team. During the 2024 season, I took over as PA Announcer for the last three games of the season, and in 2025, was honored to be installed as the "Voice of the Renegades" for the entire season! This has led to my voice being featured on FOX during broadcasts, and I can't wait to see what the future brings!

After over 9 years working for other companies, my experience and individual demand grew to a level that would allow me to start my own company. There, I would work more in-depth with clients, helping to create their events from start to finish. I would also begin to incorporate sophisticated light, laser, and special effects presentations for events and expand my services into multi-million dollar fundraisers, casino nights, fashion shows, and more.

At the suggestion of a friend, I auditioned for the position of on-field emcee. (A position I had never heard of.) Though I had been performing in front of huge crowds since the age of three, this was my first exposure to working in professional sports and Sports Entertainment. There, I learned quickly that my previous live entertainment experience translated well into sports, and in fact gave me an edge that allowed me to create a Fan Experience my supervisors, co-workers and fans alike that surpassed anything they had ever seen before!
2019-2021
LYNCHBURG HILLCATS

At the end of the 2019 season, I was ready to make Sports Entertainment my career. It would combine my love for entertaining and my love for sports and it wasn't even a question, so I attended the Job Fair at the 2019 Winter Meetings. There, I met the GM and Asst. GM and found my ideal position 3,000 miles across the country. I created events, organized promotions, scheduled everything from National Anthem singers to bands for events, to local scout troops and little league teams. In addition, I acted as simultaneous On-field Emcee and PA Announcer. I also oversaw the mascot program and created and oversaw various videos for the team from concept to production.
